Good day, I am Mr. Adebisi Adeola.
About 3 years ago I was involved in an accident while coming back from work.
This accident caused serious injury to my right leg.
At the hospital, the nurse cleaned it up and after a few days I was discharged.
But after about 2 weeks, I noticed the wound was not healing or drying up which I thought was strange.
I went back to the hospital, and I got the shock of my life...
After carrying out tests on me, the doctor said I had diabetes, he said that was why the wound wasn't healing.
How could I have diabetes, I was so confused.
But when the doctor told me the symptoms of diabetes, I realized I had had those symptoms for a while now and I did not know it, I just thought it was old age.
My eye sight had become blurry about a year ago and I had to start using glasses.
I had also started to feel weak and thirsty, even when I didn't do anything stressful. I really thought all this was old age coming, I never thought it could have been diabetes.
The nurse helped dress the wound again and the doctor gave me some medications to manage my diabetes and the injury.
I went home sad and started to make all the lifestyle changes the doctor told me to make.
I tried for several weeks to heal the wound with any medication, herbs and anything I could find but nothing worked.
In fact the wound had become infected and had started to bring out pus and smell.
At that point my doctor said I would need an amputation within the next 3 to 6 months if not the injury would lead to my demise.

I was so scared, how would I survive with a walking stick, my life was over for sure.
I told the doctor to give me a little more time to make my decision because it was a big one.
But the next week brought a miracle my way when I thought everything was finished...
My wife's brother who had been in India for sometime called me when he heard about what was happening from my wife.
He said I should have told him the minute I was diagnosed with diabetes because he had a solution to reverse it that had helped his wife who had high blood sugar just the year before.
